For any amendment or cancellation in the services, refunds, if any, due after adjustment of such amendments/cancellations will be paid within 30 days from the date of the amendment/cancellation. Refunds on account of airline or train travel amendments/cancellations, after adjusting the amendment/cancellation charges/fees, will take a minimum of 60 days to process, as this is the time frame taken by them.
