🟩CANCELLATION

Cancellation charges will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. If a person is shifting from one departure date to another, the same will be treated as a cancellation from one tour to another and the charges as mentioned will apply.

🟩REFUND

For any amendment or cancellation in the services, refunds, if any, due after adjustment of such amendments/cancellations will be paid within 30 days from the date of amendment/cancellation. Refunds on account of airline or train travel amendments/cancellations, after adjusting the amendment/cancellation charges/fees will take a minimum 60 days to process, as this is the time frame taken by them.

✅INCLUSION

• Airfare @13,000/-pp is taken for calculation purposes as on date 22-05-2026; however, the difference of current fare will be charged on the day of making the booking.
• 02 Nights' Accommodation in Ujjain as mentioned in the itinerary.
• 02 Nights' Accommodation in Indore as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Meals as mentioned in the itinerary
• All Sightseeing as mentioned above in the itinerary
• Omkareshwar Excursion
• Mahakal-lok corridor
• Pickup and drop off at the airport for groups of more than 10 guests
• Driver and transportation as per the itinerary
• Services of Tourish Tour – Tour Manager for a minimum group size of 20 guests

• Service of a Tourish Tour Manager if the group size is below 19 guests.
• Any adventure activities, Pony Ride, Camel Ride, palki, boat, E-rikshaw Ride from parking to the temple/ Ghaat etc has to be paid directly by the guest
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles, other than mentioned in the itinerary
• Any monument entrance fees, Joy ride or rafting, light & sound show.
• Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, camera fee and items of personal
• Transportation is not on a disposal basis. It is strictly as per the programme; any extra running will be charged extra
• Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike, curfew or any other natural calamities (like: road block) or any emergency evacuation expenses.
• There is no refund if the tour is not complete due to reason of any natural calamities, any crisis or any personal reason.
