🔶Cancellation Policy:

All services, such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation/ground transportation/ venues for tours/conferences/events, are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are released beyond the time frame. All cancellations of bookings must be given in writing and acknowledged by Tourish

Tour. A transfer from one tour destination/event venue to another, before the date of the tour/conference/event, will be treated as a cancellation, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated hereunder, and a fresh booking on another. Detailed tour-wise cancellations are given below.

75 Days or more before departure	Booking Amount of INR 5,000/- per person
Within 74 to 60 days prior to departure	20,000 of the Tour Cost
Within 59 to 30 days prior to departure	50% of the Tour Cost
Within 29 to 19 days prior to departure	75% of the tour cost
Within 19 days prior to departure	100% of the tour cost

🔶Refunds:

For any amendment or cancellation in the services, refunds, if any, due after adjustment of such amendments/cancellations will be paid within 30 days from the date of the amendment or cancellation. Refunds on account of airline or train travel. Amendments cancellation, after adjusting the amendment /cancellation charges/fees will take a minimum 60 days to process, as this is the time frame taken by them.

• Air Fare International- Air Spice Jet, Indigo Airline, Air India Express, Jet Air, Scoop.
• TCS* 5% will be applicable to the total package cost. Tax Collected at Source is the tax payable by a seller which he collects from the buyer at the time of sale. With a view to widen the tax-net, the Indian Govt. (vide the Finance Act, 2020) has extended the scope of Tax Collected at Source (“TCS”) provided under Section 206C of the Income-tax Act, 1961
